Hi there, I'd like to make these for an upcoming blue and gold dinner. What are the materials used? Do u sell these? If so, how much are they? Please let me know. Thank you!

the base is foam blocks. YOu'll need chenille pipe cleaners, and the metallic paper, then just different shades/papers of scrapbook paper. Cut out the different star sizes. Curlicue the pipe cleaners around pencils, stick one end in the foam (weighted down with fish gravel), the other end staple two star shapes on. Pull up two sheets of the metallic paper and use two more pipe cleaners to secure them.

Good luck!
